b. Users should provide relevant details, such as the appointment date, time, and a clear explanation of the issue encountered.

Refund Evaluation:

Refund Processing:

a. If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy:
