We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require users to cancel or reschedule their appointments. However, our Doctor Consultation App operates under a strict No Cancellation Policy. Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
a. Once users book an appointment with a doctor through our app, the appointment is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.
b. Users are advised to carefully review the appointment details, including the date, time, and doctor's information, before confirming the booking.
c. Once the appointment is booked for a particular time on a day, we will try to provide you with the call at that specific time. If the user doesn’t receive a call on time, the user will receive the call at the earliest possible time on the same day.
d. If the user doesn't attend the call, a call back will be arranged within 5 minutes from the time of the first call.
a. Our No Cancellation Policy is in place to honour the commitment made by the doctors who provide their valuable time and expertise.
b. By adhering to this policy, we ensure that doctors' schedules remain reliable, and appointments are not disrupted by last-minute cancellations.
